How do I enable or disabled badge notifications?

Badge notifications are the red bubble markers that appear on menus inside the app or website to indicate that new items are available. You can control whether to show or display these badge notifications from your Account settings.

Disabling badge notifications for Messages or Flirts will also disable push notifications for those sections on your mobile device.

To set whether badge notifications are shown or not:

Android or iOS App

  1. Open the BiggerCity app.

  2. Tap the More tab.

  3. Tap on Account.

  4. Tap on the “cogwheel” (⚙️) icon on the tab bar to open Options.

  5. Under Notifications, set the toggles for the badge notifications you wish to show or hide.

  6. Tap Save.

Website

  1. Sign in to the website.

  2. Click your profile image on the left side menu.

  3. Click Account.

  4. Click the Settings (⚙️) tab.

  5. Under Notifications, set the toggles for the badge notifications you wish to show or hide.

  6. Click Save.
