Managing your Premium subscription will require different steps depending where you purchased the subscription originally.

If you’re unsure how you purchased your subscription, you can sign in to the website to see your subscription history and find out if your most recent subscription purchase was made on the mobile app or the website.

  1. Open the Play Store app on your device.

  2. Tap your profile icon on the top right hand side of the screen.

  3. Tap Payment & subscriptions.

  4. Tap Subscriptions.

  5. Tap BiggerCity.

iOS App

  1. Open your iOS Settings app.

  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap BiggerCity.

Website

  1. Sign in to the website.

  2. Click your profile photo on the left-side menu.

  3. Click Account.

  4. Click Premium.
