How do I access the chat room?

The chat room is only available through the website, but it can also be accessed on your mobile device (Android or iOS).

Android

  • Open your web browser of choice (e.g., Chrome)

  • Sign in to the website at https://www.biggercity.com using your account.

  • Tap the BiggerCity logo on the top left to open the menu.

  • Tap on Chat to open the chat room.

iOS

  • Open Safari (support for webcams is only available with the Safari browser).

  • Sign in to the website at https://www.biggercity.com using your account.

  • Tap the BiggerCity logo on the top left to open the menu.

  • Tap on Chat to open the chat room.

Website

  • Sign in to the website.

  • Click Chat on the left side menu.

You can also install the website as an app on your mobile device.
