How do I purchase coins?

Coins are the virtual currency of BiggerCity. You can purchase coins and use them to send virtual gifts to other citizens, such as gift Premium passes. It’s a great way to show interest of thank someone special.

To purchase coins:

Android or iOS App

  1. Tap on the More tab on the bottom right side of the screen.

  2. Tap on Coins to go to your virtual coins wallet.

  3. Tap on Purchase Coins.

  4. Select the coins pack you wish to purchase, and complete the payment steps as prompted.

  5. Once your purchase is complete, your coins will be deposited to your wallet.

Website

  1. Click your profile image not he left-side menu.

  2. Click Coins to go to your virtual coins wallet.

  3. Click on Purchase Coins.

  4. Select the coins pack you wish to purchase, then complete the payment form and submit it.

  5. Once your purchase is complete, your coins will be deposited to your wallet.
