You can use blocks to prevent unwanted contacts or interactions.

To place a block…

Android or iOS App

  1. Open the profile of the citizen you wish to block.

  2. Tap the alert or overflow icon on the upper-right hand side of the profile.

  3. Select the Block option.

Website

From a message conversation, or profile:

  1. Click the the overflow icon (three horizontal dots) on the right side.

  2. Select Block.
