How do I cancel and delete my account?

We are sorry to hear you want to leave the BiggerCity community. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience with the service, please feel free to contact us at BCPI, and let us know.

 Please note that once you cancel your account…

  • It will become disabled (invisible to others) and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30 day wait period.

  • If you change your mind; you can re-activate your account by signing in again before the cancellation period is complete. This will stop the cancellation process.

  • During the cancellation period, some or all of your content may be removed.

  • Once the cancellation wait period is complete, your account and its remaining content and data will be deleted and removed permanently. You will not be able to recover your account anymore.

To cancel your account…

Android or iOS App

  1. Open the BiggerCity app and sign-in.

  2. Tap the More tab on the bottom right side of the screen.

  3. Tap Account.

  4. Tap the trashcan icon “” (or Cancel Account) on the right side of the top tab strip.

  5. Read the information and tap Continue.

  6. Tap Yes to confirm.

Website

  1. Visit the website and sign-in.

  2. Click your profile image on the left-side menu.

  3. Click Account.

  4. Scroll to the last icon on the right (if necessary), and click the Cancel ““ tab/icon.

  5. Read the information and click Continue.

  6. Click Yes to confirm.
