I forgot my username or password… How do I check if it's saved on my device?

Mobile devices and most web browsers have built-in password managers to help you save credentials for apps and websites.

If you forgot your BiggerCity password, you can check your password manager to see if you have previously saved your login credentials and retrieve them.

For step-by-step instructions, please refer to the following notes based on the device or web browser you’re using:

Android

  • Method 1: Google Password Manager

    • Open the Android Settings app.

    • Scroll down and tap on Passwords & accounts.

    • Under Passwords, tap on Google.

    • In the Search bar, enter “biggercity”.

    • If your credentials are saved, you will see one or more entries below the search bar:

      • Tap the entry you wish to view and unlock the screen.

      • Tap the eye icon to show the password.

    • If no results are shown, this means your credentials were not saved. You have two options:

  • Method 2: Google Chrome

    • Open the Chrome web browser on your Android device.

    • Tap the More icon (three vertical dots) on the top right hand corner.

    • Tap Settings.

    • Tap Password Manager.

    • Scroll down and look for “biggercity.com” or use the icon to search for “biggercity”.

    • If your credentials are saved, you will see one or more entries:

      • Tap the entry you wish to view.

      • Tap the eye icon and unlock the screen to show the password.

    • If no entries are found, this means your credentials are not saved:

iOS (iPhone or iPad)

  • Open the iOS Settings app.

  • Scroll down and tap on Passwords.

  • In the Search bar, enter “biggercity”.

  • If your credentials are saved, you will see one or more entries below the search bar:

    • Tap the entry you wish to view.

    • Tap the Password field to show the password.

  • If no results are shown, this means your credentials were not saved:
