I forgot my username or password… How do I recover my account?

If you forgot your credentials, you have a couple of options available.

You can check if your credentials are stored in your device’s password manager, or you can use the recovery feature to reset your password:

Android or iOS App

1. Open the app.

2. Tap the More tab on the bottom right hand side of the screen.

3. Tap on Log In.

4. Tap Forgot your login?

5. Choose a recovery option, and follow the steps to request a link or code.
