I'm not getting push notifications. How do I fix it?

For push notifications to work, they must be enabled on your device and you must also be signed on to the app and have badge notifications enabled in the app itself.

Then…

  1. Open the BiggerCity app.

  3. Tap on Account.

  4. Tap on the “cogwheel” (⚙️) icon on the tab bar to open Options.

  5. Under Notifications, make sure the toggles for Messages and Flirts are enabled.

  6. Tap Save.

Some Android brands may also disable push notifications if you have Do not disturb, Power Save mode or Data Saver mode enabled.
