How do I send a gift Coins Pack?

Coins Packs can be gifted to other citizens. To send a gift Coins Pack to someone, you first need virtual coins, which can then be exchanged for gift Coins Packs.

To send a gift Coins Pack to someone:

Android, iOS, or Website

  1. Open the profile of the citizen you wish to send a gift to.

  2. Tap or click the gift icon (🎁) on the profile.

  3. Select the Coins Pack option.

  4. Select the specific gift Coins Pack you wish to send (the coins value is shown for each gift).

  5. Enter a personalized message for your gift (optional).

  6. Tap or click Send Gift.

Once sent, the coins value of the gift will be deducted from your coins wallet. The recipient will receive the gift via Messages. They can click or tap the gift image to accept the gift and redeem it.

 

Please note that once you send a gift, it cannot be undone. Pay special attention to your selected recipient and gift option before you send a gift.
