Cancelling your Premium subscription will require different steps depending where you purchased the subscription originally.

Subscriptions purchased through the mobile apps are managed directly by you, from your own mobile device.

If you’re unsure how you purchased your subscription, you can sign in to the website to see your subscription status and find out if your most recent subscription purchase was made on the mobile app or the website.

Android App

  1. Open the Play Store app on your device.

  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) on the top left.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap BiggerCity.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

  1. Open your iOS Settings app.

  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap BiggerCity.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

Website

  1. Sign in to the website.

  2. Click your profile photo on the left-side menu.

  3. Click Account.

  4. Click Subscription.
