Sorry you’re having trouble with another citizen!
You can use blocks to prevent unwanted contacts or interactions.
To place a block…
Android or iOS App
Open the profile of the citizen you wish to block.
Tap the alert or overflow icon on the upper-right hand side of the profile.
Select the Block option.
Website
From a message conversation:
Click the gearbox icon.
Click Block.
From the Blocks page:
Make a note of the username of the citizen you wish to block.
Go to My Home > Blocks.
Enter the username in the input box.
Select which blocks you wish to enable.
Click Add Block.
